Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for each room.
Must be 21 or older to reserve a room;
50% deposit due with reservation, the balance due on arrival.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
With two weeks or more notice, full refund minus $25 processing fee; With eight to thirteen days notice, deposit is held toward a future stay; seven days or less, no refund
We do not refund or credit for early check outs

The White Whale Motel is a smoke free propertyThere will be $100 cleaning fee if anyone smokes in your room and you will be asked to leave the property, your reservation will be canceled and not refunded.
There is a $40 fee for each lost beach badge (badges required in July and August) and a $25 fee for each lost room key.
One off street parking space per room
We are not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen from your room
No Pets. Please make arrangements to board your pet prior to arrival.There will be a $250 cleaning fee if you bring a pet into your room and you will be asked to leave the property, your reservation will be canceled and not refunded.
Well behaved children are welcome, in the company of thoughtful parents.

A 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
